Advanced Preparation Visit in Sillamäe

First mobility of our project started! From 21 to 23 September  we had APV in  Sillmäe town .

It was attended by only 3 countries partner of 5 - Estonia, Romania, Turkey.

This time, unfortunately, Malta and the UK were not able to join us, but they are ready to cooperate and have online meeting by Skype conversation.

What was the purpose of APV and what we did:

The main purpose of this meeting was to prepare good detailed plan for the  first  youthexchange, that will be hold in October in Sillamäe and to discuss all responsibilities and tasks. also we wanted to present our project to Sillamäe government and to show our partners the place of coming youthexchange.



22 of September was a very interesting and eventful day. The leader of the Estonian group had a tour of the old part of our town.

Then  they met with the girls from Estonian group. And we went to the local government hall, where had meeting with mayour, vice-mayour and representatives pf educational and cultural department.

 After that we vivisted  Vanalinna school to see rooms where we will have sessions during the project and also school kitchen and lunch-room.

To present our partners more about our area we took them to Narva and also were lucky to visit narva castle and participate in workshop of making traditional souvenir.

And at 19.00 all Estonian group met with our friends from partner countries. It was a cool day. Аnd we look forward to seeing other guys and ready to start with youth exchange.
